Sultan Alotaibi, MD

Sultan is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology and a member of the Working Group of Interventional Cardiology (AGIK) of the German Society of Cardiology and of the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions. After his medical education, he completed his internal medicine and cardiology training at the Adult Cardiac Center (Saudi Arabia), University Hosptial of Essen (Germany) West German Heart Center (Germany), and the Contilia heart and Vascular Centre (Germany). Sultan served as a teaching faculty member at the department of Medicine, University of Essen-Duisburg (Germany) and is currently pursuing a Master of Science program in Health Economics, Outcomes and Management in Cardiovascular Sciences at the London School of Economics & Political Science.

He is a reviewer in various journals with numerous scientific published work related to interventional cardiology, the use of tele-health and innovative technologies in heart failure patients. He was involved as a clinical investigator in several clinical trials and national registries in the field of Transcatheter aortic valve implantation. Currently, he is a senior advisor on the initiative project (The LockedDown), London School of Economics & Political Science.
