Bhuvan is the Community Engagement Executive at Egality, a role that is at the core of several of his passion and skill areas. Bhuvan is a recent graduate from the London School of Economics where he completed his post-graduation in the MSc Development Studies program. His interests lie at the intersection of social policy, gender inequality, diversity, inclusion, and healthcare.

Previously, he worked as an Analyst in the Human Capital Consulting practice at Deloitte for 2 years, in his hometown Mumbai. He was extensively involved in client-based projects that involved organisation restructuring, workforce development, and leadership training of C-suite employees. He has a varied skill set ranging from project and stakeholder management and program administration, to qualitative research, data visualisation, analysis, and report writing. In this role at Egality, he wishes to combine his passion for social impact with the skills he has gained working and studying over the past few years.

As a queer person of colour, Bhuvan brings to the organisation a unique understanding of socio-economic and cultural barriers faced by minority communities. He joined Egality as he strongly believes in advocating for underserved communities across the UK in healthcare and wider policy.
