Fleur Chandler is a health economist and senior market access leader who has held strategic roles across the global pharmaceutical industry. She is currently Market Access Director for the UK and Ireland at Eisai. As the parent of a son with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, she combines deep industry expertise with first-hand understanding of what delays in access mean for families. Since 2018 she has worked alongside Josie Godfrey and Emily Reuben of Duchenne UK to develop Project HERCULES, a pioneering collaboration between patient groups and industry, and she chairs its Steering Group. She has represented patient perspectives before HTA bodies internationally, including ICER in the US.
