Eli trained as a paediatrician before trying to become a health economist. He has worked at NICE since 2006, mostly with the Scientific Advice programme. He is particularly interested in methodological issues in HTA, though no expertise should be inferred from that statement. His main interest outside of work is bringing up his children.
